The Bower

Your own private corner

The Bower sits apart from the other chalets, at the eastern edge of the property where the gardens give way to open farmland. It was designed for two people who want to slow down — a weekend with no agenda beyond the view from the deck, a long soak in the spa, and whatever's in the kitchen.

The bathroom is the signature: a deep spa bath with sliding doors that open directly onto a private walled garden. In the evening, you can soak under the stars without another soul around. The bedroom faces the mountains. The living area is generous, warm with timber, and leads through glass doors to the deck and its electric BBQ.

The kitchen is properly equipped — ceramic cooktop, full oven, microwave, a 210-litre fridge — because we believe a holiday kitchen should be one you actually want to cook in. Help yourself to eggs from the coop on the way back from a morning walk.
